For children 4.5 years of age and developmentally ready for Kindergarten we offer a place for them in our Kindergarten classroom. Our DK/Kindergarten year builds upon the foundation established in the previous two years, seamlessly transitioning children from concrete concepts to more abstract learning experience.

We understand that every family has unique needs. That's why we offer a variety of program options for our Transitional Kindergarten (Developmental Kindergarten) program. With flexible scheduling for 5 days per week.
PM AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM:
At Springfield Montessori, learning and discovery continue beyond the classroom. Our PM After-school Enrichment Program is designed to support the whole child through creative, engaging activities in a warm, Montessori-based environment.
Led by fully credentialed, Montessori-trained staff, our after-school program promotes socio-emotional, academic, and creative development through hands-on learning and meaningful experiences.
Weekly enrichment activities enhance the children's experience with Music, Yoga, Painting and numerouse celebrations and events, including but not limited to: Birthdays, 100th Day of School, Valentine Cookie Decoration, Mother's & Fathers Day Projects, Diwali Celebration, Thanksgiving Celebration, Christmas Party, Community Helpers Month, Grandparents' Day, Harvest Celebration, Winter Celebration, and End of the Year Picnic.
